Hatha yoga is a slower-paced class where we take more time to get into each posture. You'll receive detailed instructions, including guidance on using props and positioning. We'll hold poses for longer durations, focusing on where you should feel the stretch and the benefits of each posture.

Vinyasa (flow class) is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This style of yoga always includes sun salutations, advanced poses and is alignment-oriented.
